30 minutes. No pitch. Just a real conversation about what you're navigating and whether I'm the right thinking partner for it.
The intro call is a chance for both of us to decide if working together makes sense. I'll ask about your current role, what you're working on, and what kind of support you're looking for. You should come ready to tell me what's actually hard right now — not the polished version.
If it's a good fit, we'll talk about next steps. If it's not, I'll tell you directly and may be able to suggest someone else better suited.
Note on availability: I work with a limited number of clients at a time. If there's a waitlist, I'll let you know on the call and we'll talk through timing.
The most useful intro calls happen when you come in with real problems — not a polished version of what you think I want to hear. Don't optimize for sounding impressive.
Think about what you'd want to be different in 3 months. Clearer strategy? More confidence in executive conversations? Better team performance? Have a sense of the outcome you're after.
This is a two-way conversation. Ask what you want to know about how I coach, what my experience is in your specific context, and what working together would actually look like.
