About

Active operator.
Honest coach.

I'm not coaching from a decade ago. I'm navigating the same challenges right now inside a B2B SaaS company: AI transformation, pricing and packaging strategy, executive alignment, and building product orgs that scale. That's the difference.

My story

From lab bench to product leadership

I started college as a pre-med student, majoring in biology with minors in chemistry and medical physics, with a plan to go to medical school. I didn't. But those years in labs shaped how I work in ways that haven't left me. I think in hypotheses, not opinions. I reach for first principles before frameworks. I have a deep skepticism of anything that can't be tested against real evidence. That mindset drives how I approach product: rigorous customer-driven discovery, first-principles thinking, and a bias toward learning fast over guessing confidently. The curiosity never went away either. I still geek out on longevity research, performance science, and health optimization, applying the same evidence-first approach to how I take care of myself as I do to building products.

My product career started in travel and healthcare tech. I was a PM at BridgeHealth (now Transcarent), then a Technical PM at Travelport, then Product Director at Corporate Travel Management. Those years taught me how to ship real products, navigate complex stakeholders, and build from scratch before anyone handed me a title. They also gave me the operational fundamentals that I've built on ever since.

At SendGrid, I joined as a founding member of the product pricing team. I built and led the data, AI/ML, and pricing product lines through the company's IPO in 2017 ($131M raised) and Twilio's $3B acquisition in 2019. That's where I learned what real commercial pressure feels like and what it takes to turn pricing into a strategic lever. It's also where I developed a deep appreciation for the data foundations required to build AI and ML products at scale: the pipelines, quality standards, and infrastructure decisions that either enable or constrain what you can build later.

At Twilio, I led the product team behind the marketing engagement platform, growing to 20k paying customers at 40%+ YoY growth and earning a G2 Top 10 ranking. I also helped lead the strategic diligence on Twilio's acquisition of Segment.

At Red Canary, a Forrester-recognized MDR leader acquired by Zscaler in 2025, I built the company's first product function from scratch. In under a year, I hired and led a 20+ person organization and launched two new products to $2M+ ARR while maintaining NPS above 50 and growing the core business 50%+ YoY.

At Contentful, I joined as VP of Product and spent three years driving the evolution from Headless CMS to Dynamic DXP. I led the 0 to 1 launch of Contentful Studio Experiences (reaching $XXM revenue in year one), drove a 7x NDR improvement among Marketplace customers, owned the Ninetailed acquisition, and wrote Contentful's AI Manifesto. I stepped into the Interim CPO role in August 2024 during a critical leadership transition.

Today I'm SVP of Product at Siteimprove, on the Executive Leadership Team, where I launched a new product strategy, shipped the company's first AI agents, and am leading an AI-first transformation across digital content governance and performance.

Why I coach

The thinking partner I wish I'd had

The honest truth is that most product leaders are set up to struggle. You get promoted or hired into a leadership role based on your craft, and then immediately expected to operate at a strategic level you've never been coached for.

I've been that person. I've made the mistakes that come from not having an honest thinking partner in your corner. Someone who's been in the same room, knows the same pressures, and won't just validate what you want to hear.

I take a small number of coaching and advisory clients specifically so I can give each engagement real attention. No templates, no generic frameworks. Just honest, direct coaching based on what I'm living through and what I've learned works.

My coaching philosophy

Direct. Practical. No fluff.

  • → I ask the questions you're not asking yourself
  • → I challenge assumptions, not just comfort you
  • → I bring real examples from real work right now
  • → I treat you like a peer, not a student
  • → I focus on outcomes, not process compliance
